Having worked in the Fitness Industry for the past 20 years and the Natural Therapy Industry for over 10 years, Maya has a great passion for helping and educating people from different walks of life on the benefits of living a healthy life incorporating food choices, exercise and nutritional supplements (where necessary) to help individuals reach their optimum health potential and goals. All of this is done following Maya’s KIS (Keep It Simple) approach and without counting a single calorie or gram of fat.
As a wife and mother of 2 children, Maya greatly values the importance of creating healthy eating habits and fit environments for kids and families.
Maya has been following a vegetarian diet for over 30 years. She has a positive and supportive approach towards vegetarian and vegan diets, and yet a respectful and helpful approach towards other diets which include meat.
